Federal Credit Union has grown to a financial institution of over 17 million
dollars with over 2,300 members.

members elect directors to transact business for BCTFCU. Each
member has one vote. A credit committee, which is also elected at the
annual meeting, judges the loan applications and the members’ ability to
repay the loan on the basis of information submitted and credit reports.
The board of directors meets monthly to transact credit union
business while the credit committee meets at least once a week to vote on loan
applications. Internal audits are conducted annually by the supervisory
committee and periodically by a Federal Examiner.
