Federal Credit Union observes these practices:
Information We Collect: We
collect nonpublic information about you from some or all of the following
sources:

Information We Disclose: We
do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members and former
members to affiliates or non-affiliated third parties except as permitted by
law.
Our Security Measures: We
restrict access to nonpublic information about you to those Credit Union
personnel who need to know that information to provide products or services to
you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply
with Federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Use of E-mail
The Credit Union uses an unsecured e-mail
address for general correspondence with its members. Since
our e-mail is not secured, please do
not include any specific account information in e-mail correspondence
with our office such as account number or social security number. To
protect yourself from identity theft, you should never send account numbers or
social security numbers through e-mail. We are unable to process check
and/or loan requests via e-mail. Check requests may be placed through our
Voice Response Unit (VRU). Loan
Applications are available on our Loan Policy/Rates page; however, please do not e-mail the completed form
back to this office.
Since our Credit Union is a federal institution, we are protected under federal law against criminal activity. This allows you to report any suspicious activity to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The FBI's web link is www.ic3.gov.

If your wallet is ever lost or stolen, here are four telephone
numbers you will want to call. The first three are the major credit
reporting companies, and the fourth is the Social Security
Administration. This action may possibly help you prevent or limit the
chance of identity theft.
